Andrea Rodriguez

Andrea first joined U-Lead as an undergraduate volunteer, supporting high school seniors with their college applications and postsecondary plans. After graduation, she began her career in higher education access as a College Adviser at a local high school, where she worked closely with many U-Lead students. She now serves at the University level, continuing her commitment to student success and equity in higher education. Andrea’s professional path and academic interests are centered on addressing systemic barriers to postsecondary access, with the long-term goal of pursuing educational policy that advances equity models. She is excited to join the U-Lead leadership team as a College Coach and continue supporting students in their educational journeys.
